Dr. Krauledat has a long career in running successful startups and managing the development, manufacture, and launch of breakthrough products for international diagnostics companies. An expert in viral diagnostics, Ms. Krauledat introduced the first commercial HIV test while employed with Behringwerke in Germany. She also managed the development of the first hepatitis C assay for the Ortho Diagnostics/Chiron joint venture. Together with Mr. Hansen, she holds two patents for optically resonant colloidal metal labels in biochemical assays. Dr. Krauledat has served as president of three successful start-up companies: Sienna Biotech, Inc., Union Biometrica Technologies, and Union Biometrica, Inc.
Donald E. Barry

Mr. Barry led the product development of the PointCare NOW instrument and consumables, and is responsible for all product development at PointCare. In addition, Mr. Barry directs PointCare’s field service operations, and oversees all technical evaluations and field studies. He is currently leading the development of a novel satellite system linking all instrument installations in the field to PointCare's growing direct sales and service organization worldwide. He is also responsible for expanding the PointCare NOW test menu for more comprehensive management of HIV/AIDS patients. Mr. Barry was a leader in achieving FDA approval for both products as well as ISO certification for PointCare's Marlborough, MA facility. He helped to ensure PointCare's international recognition by managing critical third party evaluations undertaken to demonstrate the viability of PointCare's novel technology in the international market. These efforts asserted PointCare as a growing global leader in developing world diagnostics.
Peter W. Hansen

Dr. Hansen;s work at PointCare has been vital in making flow cytometry available for point of treatment applications. Dr. Hansen is a prolific commercial inventor in the field of biomedical analysis. His inventions are widely incorporated in significant products for flow cytometry, immunoassay, and nucleic acid detection. He co-invented the fundamental flow cytometry methods for T-lymphocyte subset analysis (Johnson and Johnson), the first commercial multiplexed immunoassay system in flow cytometry (Sienna Biotech, now DiaSoren), the first homogeneous nucleic acid detection system (Johnson and Johnson), and the first flow sorter for multi-cellular organisms (Union Biometrica, now part of Harvard Biosciences).
Dr. Hansen has also held research and teaching positions at Northeastern University and MIT in biomedical optics and biomedical engineering. He has a Ph.D in Biophysics and an MS in Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS in Physics from Harvard.

Jack Collins has over 25 years of experience. He has worked as an integrated member of senior management at a variety of companies in industries that include retail, distribution, services and high-technology. Previously, he was CFO at Tivoli Audio, a high-growth electronic products developer and distributor, where he assisted in raising $40 million in private equity. Jack was a CPA and holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College and an undergraduate accounting degree from Suffolk University where he graduated cum laude.
Sanjeev Gogna, Ph.D

Dr. Gogna is a qualified pharmacist with a PhD in Molecular Medicine. Having been awarded the prestigious fellowship from the Royal Academy of Life Sciences, Sanjeev completed his MBA from Warwick Business School in 2008. Sanjeev's experience covers both CEO and board level experience within high tech companies as well as local charities.
